The Maison Mogul Consulting Foundation Membership Bylaws serve as the guiding principles for membership structure, responsibilities, and engagement within our community of creative entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders. These bylaws outline the expectations, benefits, and governance of our membership tiers, ensuring that all members operate within a framework of collaboration, integrity, and shared growth. VOLUNTARY ACCEPTANCE

Every creative within the Foundation is recognized as an autonomous and skilled professional in their craft. By joining Maison Mogul, members acknowledge and accept their responsibilities within the community, including upholding the values, ethics, and expectations set forth as a representative of the Foundation. Membership is a commitment to growth, contribution, and mutual support, ensuring that each creative benefits from and contributes to the ecosystem.

EVERY VOICE MATTERS

Maison Mogul Consulting Foundation operates as a democratic, community-driven organization, where every member has an equal voice in decision-making. We believe in collaborative leadership, transparency, and collective impact, ensuring that one creative = one vote. Whether shaping policies, developing programs, or guiding the future of the organization, all voices are valued and respected.

ACHIEVING GREATNESS

Excellence is not just encouraged—it is a shared expectation. Members are required to actively participate in their personal and professional growth by attending two developmental sessions per year, including the Annual Retreat/Gala and at least one networking event or conference. Beyond self-growth, members give back to the creative community by mentoring at least one emerging creative within the Co-Op and volunteering at three community events, reinforcing the cycle of education, empowerment, and success.
