Third-Party Consultants: The consultants available through the Website are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the advice and services they provide.  Maison Mogul does not endorse or make any representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the consultants’ services.  You agree that Maison Mogul is not liable for any damage or losses incurred because of interactions with third-party consultants.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Maison Mogul and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and consultants harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Illinois. Any dispute arising from these services must be litigated in Cook County, Illinois.

Severability: If a provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in any jurisdiction, it shall not affect (1) the enforceability or validity in that jurisdiction of any other provision of these Terms, or (2) the enforceability or validity in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of these Terms.
