Matthew graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving his BSBA majoring in Finance and Economics at Bryant University. There, Matthew was a Division 1  football player and the co-founder/president of a student organization called "W.O.K.E Athletes" which aimed to help holistic development of multicultural student-athletes beyond their sport while using their platform to inspire and give back to their local communities.
